Service Pack installer times out during installation

If you can move a majority of the accounts that are tied to this QDB into User Groups, you will give the installer fewer accounts to manage during the installation of a Service Pack. This should significantly decrease the amount of time it will take the installer to finish and thus improve your chances of the installer completing its task within the 10 minute window allotted by SQL.
In most cases, this will not be an issue, and the installer will complete as expected. In in the case of customers who have a very large list of individual SQL and Windows users tied to the SQL Instance hosting the QDB that is being updated with the Service Pack, the above process may not complete within the 10 minute window that SQL gives us to complete a single query. In such a case, the process that is removing and re-adding these accounts to the QDB will time out, causing the entire Service Pack installation to fail.
