Resolution
Cause
Each CSM container contains a flag that indicates whether or not it is accessible for OES11 nodes. In a mixed-node OES2 / OES11 cluster, the documentation states that load and unload script changes are required for CSM hosted resources to be migrated to OES11 nodes, and that once the script changes have been made, that the resource should be prevented from rolling back to an OES2 node by use of the Preferred Node List.
