Novell Filr Fingerprinting not available in ZENworks

Environment

Novell ZENworks 11.2.3
Novell Filr 1.0

Situation

ZENworks was unable to capture Novell Filr in the Software Inventory details.
Further, Installed ZEN Agent on Novell Filr Appliance. The captured inventory details for the Filr Appliance, shows as following:
