DSfW: Provisioning task "Assign Rights" - rerun fails with error -614 (entry already exists) OES11SP1

Situation

Only seen on OES11SP1 Name Mapped Installs with first DSfW server (creating new Domain/Forest)
During Assign Rights task in Provisioning made the existing server unreachable and got the error "Can't contact LDAP server".

Did re-run of the task and now provisioning completes and it does not fail with -614 error.

Resolution

Apply May 2013 Maintenance Patch to provide a retry mechanism in the DSfW provisioning for this specific situation.
