Connection to server failed from device

Environment

Novell Data Synchronizer Mobility Pack

Situation

Able to add account on device. When Inbox is opened on device, the following error is displayed:
Connection to server failed.
Able to authenticate account from device, but fails to connect on sync.
/var/log/datasync/connectors/default.pipeline1.mobility-AppInterface.log displays the following:

Authenticating to GroupWise as user <userID>
_getFolderHierarchySyncKey Exception: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'syncKey'
_storeFolderHierarchySyncKey Exception: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'syncKey'
No folder list returned

Resolution

Follow the Resolution steps provided in TID 7012677.

Cause

Corruption in the Mobility database.
