How to restore a user's mail when the user has been moved to a different Post Office

Configuration:
User moved to a different Post Office
Source Post Office set as Restore Area

Situation

Problems
How to restore a user's mail when the user has been moved to a different Post Office
 
Symptoms
ERROR: "Password passed in open call does not match create password" while click File | Open Backup
GroupWise Error [c00f]

Resolution

Once the user has been moved to a different Post Office, the source Post Office's backup cannot be used as Restore Area. If mail needs to be recovered, connect to the Post Office Directory using GroupWise Client in Direct Mode and access the email. Follow the steps in the TID listed  below to connect to it Directly
