Environment

Novell Data Synchronizer Mobility Pack
Novell GroupWise

Situation

Device refreshes when an email is sent from device
Emails vanish and comes back after sending an email from Device
Device resyncs when an email is sent from device

Resolution

  1. Remove the account from the device
  2. Remove the user from the mobility server
  3. Add the user on the mobility server
  4. Add the account on the device
