Situation

Unable to receive emails on devices after upgrading to Mobility Pack 1.2.5 or later
Devices are not able to receive emails after upgrading to Mobility Pack 1.2.5 or later

Resolution

If the GroupWise Connector has a different name than groupwise, then upgrading to Mobility Pack 1.2.5 or later will cause devices not to receive emails. With Mobility Pack 1.2.4 or earlier, it is possible to delete and create GroupWise Connector with a different name or create extra connectors. However, this is no longer possible with 1.2.5 and if GroupWise Connector has a different name than groupwise, devices will not be able to receive emails

Please open a Service Request with Novell Technical Services to get the database entries modified correctly for it to work
