Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2 Installation - Server

Situation

Using a non-English language Operating System (for example Simplified Chinese), creating a zone that uses Special Characters from a different non-English language (for example any of the German characters üöä) and MSSQL Database

Installation fails

Resolution

Only use characters from the same language as the server's Operating System: e.g., on an Italian Operating System, do not use Japanese characters

Cause

This is due to a limitation in the Java class used to launch the creation process
