Resolution

Run the ZDC (ZENworks Diagnostic Center) and check the zmd.dll version (for example):

File 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Novell\ZENworks\bin\zmd.dll' is inconsistent!!!
Size: expected = 1081344, actual = 1064960
Checksum: expected = 4381d629, actual = a7d45f28

If the zmd.dll is incorrect:
- Replace with a copy that passes the ZDC test
- Restart the ZCM services
- Repeat the System Update process
