Situation

GWCheck runs automatically every 2 hours without any Scheduled Maintenance on the POA

Resolution

Corrupt Scheduled Maintenance causes this issue
  1. Launch ConsoleOne
  2. Connect to Domain Database
  3. Highlight Post Office
  4. Use the drop-down list to display Post Office Agents
  5. Right Click the POA object and click Properties
  6. Click GroupWise | Scheduled Events
  7. Find the Scheduled Event that runs every 2 hours
  8. Delete the Scheduled Event in question and the action associated with it
  9. Recreated the Scheduled Event and the action
