Novell Data Synchronizer Mobility Pack

Situation

WebAdmin | Mobility Monitor page loads slowly.
HTML page takes forever to load, just spins and hangs.

Resolution

Please follow the steps provided from the following two TIDs:
  1. TID 7013192 - How to check Nightly Maintenance is completing on Mobility Server.
  2. Once Nightly Maintenance successfully completes for all users, follow the steps provided:
    TID 7009453     - How to run manual maintenance on DataSync and Mobility databases.

Cause

Mobility Monitor queries the database and may take longer if Nightly Maintenance and/or Manual Maintenance is not completing successfully.
