Environment

Novell Vibe 3.4
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 Service Pack 2

Situation

Users Workspaces and files in Vibe disappeared.
Re-indexing the Workspaces did not help.
JVM heap size to use is 1G.

Resolution

Increase the JVM heap size to at least 2g.
Re-index the workspaces again.

Cause

The JVM heap size was too small to re-index the workspaces, and therefore show files of the users.
