Environment

Novell Service Desk 7.0.2

Situation

Service request queue shows service requests from all teams
Technician viewing the service request queue from:
  Service Desk > Operations > Service Requests > Service Request Queue [sys]

Technician is able to see service requests for all teams

Resolution

This will be fixed in a future release. Please contact Novell Support for a workaround.
