DSFW: there is crash and significant memory build up in xadsd in scale environment

Situation

In a multi DC name mapped setup (one frd and two adc) the xadsd memory builds up around 250 MB build up every day with a 600+ clients authenticating to the domain daily. Eventually xadsd crashes with no core generated.

Resolution

Apply November 2013 Maintenance Patch

Cause

NICI contexts were not freed up resulting is a memory build up.
