Situation

How to only install ConsoleOne on a Windows Workstation.

Resolution

  1. Download the GroupWise Installer for Windows (see GroupWise 2012).
  2. Extract and Launch the Setup.
  3. Select Install GroupWise System.
  4. Select Yes for the License Agreement.
  5. Select Next (Standard Install Type).
  6. Select Install individual components and uncheck all but GroupWise Administration only.
  7. Check Install administration files only.
  8. Select Install ConsoleOne.
    Note: ConsoleOne requires Novell Client (see Novell Client for Windows).
  9. After ConsoleOne has been installed, select Next and Install.
