Novell Data Synchronizer Mobility Pack
POA set to Low Security, Mobility set to GW Authentication.
Able to log in via Client but not device.
No account lock/expired/lockout issues on user object.
Trying to add a specific user to device returns authentication failed error to device.
Other users can be added fine to this device. In fact, this user receives the same error from any device

Verify the maximum number of devices per user in Mobility WebAdmin Settings. This error may be received when the user has reached the maximum number of devices and the Mobility server refuses to add any additional devices.
