Situation

11.3 Upgrade failure on Sybase due to Inventory normalization.
ERROR: "com.sybase.jdbc3.jdbc.SybSQLException: SQL Anywhere Error -141: Table 'NC_PowerSupplyRecordChanges' not found" From the ZENworks_Upgrade_INSTALLDATE.log.xml

Resolution

Please open a service request with Novell Support.
Support has a workaround to order the tables to get the install to finish.

Cause

The install is failing on the NC_COMPONENT Table because it is getting a different order that below.
