Novell Dynamic File Services v2.1, Read/Only file will move to the Secondary, but leaves copy on the Primary

Flag a file readonly. Set a policy to move this file. I will move to the secondary but is also on the primary. 
You will see a move exception in the pair history.

Event viewer warning:
Access to the path '\\DST186.cim.lab.novell.com\F\MyFile.txt' is denied.

Run history:
[movefile exception] Access to the path
"\\DST186.cim.lab.novell.com:\F\MyFile.txt is denied.

MyFile.txt is my file name.

This issue is resolved with Novell Dynamic File Services v2.2
