Situation
Clicking on Run in Vacation Rule in GroupWise Webaccess 2014 creates replies to everyone in the mailbox.
Resolution
It is not necessary to click on the "Run" button to activate the Vacation Rule for new incoming email.
Just defining and saving the Vacation Rule with activate it.
The "Run" option is there only if you want run the rule against existing mail.
Cause
This is working as designed.
Later versions of GroupWise will include a Warning when clicking on the "Run" button.

Steps to Duplicate:
1. Open GroupWise Webaccess2014. 2. Select the icon near 'Logout' -> Select Options -> Select Rules -> Select 'Type' dropdown as 'Vacation' and select 'Create'. 3. Enter the Rule name, Subject, Message and click on Save. 4. Select the Rule Name and select "Run". 5. Now the Vacation Rule we created replies to everyone in mailbox.
