Situation

Scheduling more than three vacations for technicians within six days

The following error is seen in Novell Service Desk:

ERROR:
Urgent: There will be more than three vacations during <time period>

Resolution

This issue will be resolved in a future release of Novell Service Desk. A temporary FTF is available by contacting Novell Support.
