System update fails related to remote management

Device with an ZCM 11.2.x agent gets updated to 11.3.1 or to 11.3.2

A ZCM remote session is open to the updating device.

System update goes into error status.

The system-update.log files contains a messages that the file C:\Program Files (x86)\Novell\ZENworks/conf/novell-rm-audit.xml is in use. From a German language device:
