Some items are missing when using multiple devices on Mobility

Calendar items are missing on iPad, but show up on iPhone or vice versa
Items sync to one device, but not the other one
There are discrepancies between items syncing to different devices

1. Verify that Mobility is on version 2.0.1 by checking the bottom of the Mobility Admin page
         If not on version 2.0.1, please update mobility by following the steps from TID 7007012
2. Download and extract sync.pyc from here
3. Stop GMS by typing rcgms stop
4. Navigate to /opt/novell/datasync/syncengine/connectors/mobility/lib/device
5. Rename sync.pyc to sync.orig
6. Copy the extracted sync.pyc to the location above
7. Start GMS by typing rcgms start
8. Re-initialize the problem user
