'zman bundle' Commands Fail when run as Domain Admins User

Environment

Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 11.3 Bundles
Microsoft Windows Primary Server

Situation

Exported a bundle using the zman bundle-export-to-file command
Importing the bundle using zman bundle-create command

The following errors may be seen:

ERROR: 62

Error:This command is not available with your current license.
ERROR: 20

Resolution

Run the command prompt as a user that is in the local Administrators group, but not in the Domain Admins group.
