Unable to install BCC on OES11SP2

Novell Open Enterprise Server 11 (OES 11) Linux Support Pack 2

Situation

Getting dependency error while trying to install BCC 2.1 on OES11SP2 server.  
YaST2 install error:
"nothing provides product "Open_Enterprise_Server)=11.1 needed by Business_Continuity"

Resolution

Contact Novell Support to obtain the fixed BCC ISO file which resolves the dependency error problem and allows you to install successfully on OES11SP2 without breaking any dependencies.

Cause

The install specifically checked for OES version 11.1 and would not install on anything but OES11SP1

Additional Information

Workaround:  You can break the dependency and continue through the install ignoring the dependency and it will install and work correctly.
