Novell GroupWise 2014 Calendar Publishing
Situation
Unable to login to the Calendar Publishing Administration Console.
How to configure the http console for the Calendar Publishing host
Resolution
- Edit the /var/opt/novell/groupwise/calhost/calhost.cfg file
- Locate the following lines:
- Admin.WebConsole.enable=false
- Admin.RestService.host=127.0.0.1
- Admin.RestService.port=9710
- Update enable to true, host to the IP of the primary Admin Server IP and port should be changed if not using the default admin port
- Restart tomcat6 by typing rcnovell-tomcat 6 restart on OES or rctomcat6 restart if not installed on OES
- Log into the http admin page by typing http(s)://hostname/gwcal/admin where hostname is IP or host name of the Calendar Publishing server
If there are still issues after following the steps above, in some cases the line below may need to be corrected. Restart tomcat6 after making any changes
