With SSL Disabled, Visiting SOAP Port in browser redirects to SSL

SOAP SSL recently reconfigured to Disabled.
Visiting http://POA-Address:7191 in a web-browser redirects to SOAP SSL instead of to HTTP WebConsole
Visiting HTTP SOAP Port redirects to HTTPS SOAP instead of HTTP POA WebConsole (default: 7191 --> 7181)

Try on a new browser, or in an Incognito Mode where cache is fresh and clean.
Some browsers cache a redirection such as this. Clear the browser's cache.
