Situation

Can the DRA 8.7.x HealthCheck Utility be used to apply or change the license key?

Resolution

Yes.  The DRA 8.7 (and later) HealthCheck Utility can be used to apply a new license key or update an existing license key on each DRA server.  Previously, this was only possible through the GUI interface in the Delegation and Configuration console for DRA.
