Situation
When running the DRA command line ea.exe and you get this error message (Error Creating the IDRARuleHelperFactory.80040154) the error is because the DLL file needs to be re-registered via a 32bit command prompt.
Resolution
Run this command to register the DLL in a 32bit command prompt on the DRA server or client machine with the error message.
DLL File path:
\Programs Files (x86)\NetIQ\DRA\ NetIQ.DRA.RuleHelperFactory.dll
Command to register DLL file:
c:\windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\RegAsm.exe NetIQ.DRA.RuleHelperFactory.dll
Once the DLL is register the DRA command line ea.exe should work with no error messages.
