Command 'reboot' does not work in ZEN Imaging environment for MS Surface Pro 3

Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 11.3 Imaging

Situation

When in ZEN imaging environment, running the command 'reboot' does not work for MS Surface Pro 3 devices.

Resolution

Add the kernel parameter 'reboot=efi' (with no quotes) in both ..tftp/efi/x86_64/z_auto.cfg and z_maint.cfg configuration files. Then pxe boot again, and the 'reboot' command should work.
