Situation
The system administrator is either:
- trying to decide whether to install iFolder or Filr.
- experiencing problems installing or using iFolder.
Resolution
For some time, Micro Focus has been emphasizing Filr over iFolder, so it is recommended that you implement Filr instead of iFolder. Filr represents the future of Micro Focus file synchronization technology.
At this point in the iFolder lifecycle, while still supported, only critical bugs are being fixed, and no new features or enhancements are being developed.
