View how others have voted link no longer works on Surveys

In a Survey, the survey creator can specify who is allowed to see vote results before the due date/time. With this option set to 'Only Moderator', the link to 'View how others have voted' does not work and simply refreshes the page.

A patch is available to correct this problem for Novell Vibe 4.0 HP4. Please contact Novell Technical Support with reference to this TID and request the patch for your site.

Note: The patch requires that you delete your browser's cache completely before re-trying.
