Situation
Service Desk upgraded to version 7.1
The following may be seen in the email when a Closed Technician Request (CloseTechRequest) email is sent:
If there is no action from customer, this request will be closed in {{Handshaking Close Days}} days.
The following may be seen in the email when a Close Request (CloseRequest) email is sent:
If no action is taken, this request will be closed in UNKNOWN: Handshaking Close Days days.
The following may be seen in the email when a Closed Technician Request (CloseTechRequest) email is sent:
