Situation

Command to start subsystem does not work for 1D04001.
When using the coverletter for PTF 1D04001, the command to start the subsystem ZPSD does not work.
STRSBS SBSD(PSCOMMON/ZPSD) does not work.

Resolution

Run this command, which has the correct library:
STRSBS SBSD(PSDETECT/ZPSD)

Cause

The coverletter has an incorrect library in the STRSBS command.
