Designer 4.5.x - Cannot import project from Identity Vault

Environment

NetIQ Identity Manager 4.5.x
Designer for Identity Manager 4.5.2
Designer for Identity Manager 4.5.3
Designer running on a Windows 7 workstation.

Situation

When trying to import a project from the Identity Vault, after entering the credentials and clicking ok, it does nothing.  No error is received, nor will it continue.


Resolution

Nici 2.7.7.2 (32 Bit) was installed on the workstation.
Uninstalling NICI 2.7.7.2 (32 bit) and installing NICI 2.7.7.2 (64 bit) on the workstation from the Designer install files, then restarting designer corrected the issue.
