Situation
When user account control enabled, none of administrative application are opening.
Domain users logging in via RDP Relay or Direct RDP are unable to launch, load or execute applications in Administrative Tools (i.e. Event Viewer, Computer Management, etc)
Instead of the desired administrative application launching, the following error appears in a dialog box:
<path to application> (i.e. "C:\Windows\system32\eventvwr.msc")
The requested resource is in use.
