Situation
If iOS device is linked via Blackberry Secure gateway to GMS account, users see timeout errors when downloading a content of the mail.
Resolution
This has been reported to our engineering.
A problem is caused by GMS which does not currently honor connection keep-alive requests from a device.
This is going to be a significant enhancement request and require a bit of engineering in GMS to add this new functionality. This will not fit into our current 14.2.1 release plan as we are nearing code completion. We have assigned it a current milestone of 2017, which would be the next release of GMS.
