For this issue to be resolved, install the patch for Migrate 12.1
1. Open up a web browser and log into to Micro focus webpage.
2. Go to Migrate 12.1 download link and click on Patches https://dl.netiq.com/Download?buildid=1Eb08Hrwme8~ (This link can be found under https://dl.netiq.com/patch/finder/)
3. Click on proceed to download the PlateSpin Migrate 12.1 Patch Update 1 (P1) patch for Migrate 12.1.
4. In the same web page scroll down to Details for instruction for the patch.
