Unable to restore resource with a space in the name

Environment

Novell GroupWise 2014 R2 Support Pack 1

Situation

If a resource with a space in the name is deleted, you will not be able to restore it.  

STD

1.  I created a resource called test resource
2.  I deleted the newly created resource
3.  Select Restore Deleted Account from System page
4.  Select domain, and click on Account to Recover
5.  Select Resources

You will notice that the resource you just deleted that had the space in the name is not in the list nor can you do a search on it.

Resolution

The current workaround is to replace all of the spaces in Resource names with a _ character or just remove the space.

This has been resolved in GroupWise 18
