Running network agent installer older than the Primary Server results in Unable to download MSI errors

• Installing the ZENworks Agent using the network installer
• Network installer is an older version than the Primary Server

The following or similar error is seen in the installer notification:

ERROR:
ZENworks PreAgent Error:
Download of novell-zenworks-version-11.4.1.5619.msi failed.

The following or similar is seen in the Application Event logs:

ERROR:
[ZENPreAgent.VerifiableURI._retrieve(Boolean shouldVerify, Boolean keepOpen, Boolean useLocalFile)]
Web Request Failed:
URI: https://server-address:443/zenworks-downloads/msi/novell-zenworks-11.4.1.5619.msi
Exception: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.

The following could be seen when downloading the MSI file directly in a browser:

ERROR:
HTTP Status 500 - The requested resource (/zenworks-downloads/msi/novell-zenworks-version-11.4.1.5619.msi) is not available

Workaround
Download and use the most recent installer from the Primary Server
