Login to Filr fails on Android 4.x devices when Advanced Authentication is enabled

NetIQ Advanced Authentication

Situation

When Filr is configured with NetIQ Advanced Authentication, the log in from Android 4.x devices might fail if the last login information has not been cleared. This issue is not observed when:

1. Using Android 5.x
2. Login is performed as the same user and no other user uses the Android device to login to Filr

Resolution

A fix for this issue is available in the Filr mobile app for Android 3.2.1.x Update.
