Workflow ACLs on entry comments not honored when using "Send e-mail to contributors"

Situation

Workflows can be used to control access to comments on an entry. When using "Send e-mail to contributors..." on an entry, the outgoing email contains all comments on the entry. This even includes comments that the sending user did not have access to due to workflow ACLs. Emails should only include comments which the sending user has access to.

Resolution

A fix for this issue is available for Vibe 4.0.3 - Patch 1 Please contact Micro Focus Customer Care with reference to this TID for further assistance.
