Situation
AD User source with User Login Syntax applied with the cn= may cause LDAP Mapping issues;
-LDAP fields are Blank when Mapping fields in ZCC
-LDAP Fields may not be visible
-LDAP fields are Blank when Mapping fields in ZCC

Resolution
ZENworks User Source and Authentication Reference Documentation recommends specific syntax depending on the user source.
For Novell eDirectory access, use standard LDAP notation. For example: cn=admin_read_only,ou=users,o=mycompany
For Novell eDirectory access, use standard LDAP notation. For example: cn=admin_read_only,ou=users,o=mycompany
For Microsoft Active Directory, use standard domain notation. For example:
AdminReadOnly@mycompany.com
For DSfW, use standard LDAP notation. For example:
cn=admin_read_only,ou=users,dc=mycompany, dc=com
