Micro Focus Filr Desktop client for Windows
Situation
Filr Desktop client for Windows allows users to specify whether or not Filr should start automatically during Windows startup. By default, this option is enabled and the Desktop client starts up automatically when Windows starts. If a user disables the automatic startup for the Desktop client, then after a Windows reboot it is observed that the cursor begins to flash or shows a busy blue spinning circle. The flashing/spinning circle only stops if the user manually starts up the Filr Desktop client.
Resolution
A fix for this issue is available in the Filr 3.4 Update.
