Unable to install the GroupWise Messenger client via ZCM

Situation

Using a ZCM bundle, the GroupWise Messenger 18 client would not install.  It would start the setup.exe and that can be seen running in taskmgr however nothing ever appears on the screen nor does the client get installed.  Running it manually does install correctly

Resolution

This has been reported to engineering.  The workaround is to edit the GroupWise Messenger setup.ini file.  Change the line EnableLangDlg=Y to EnableLangDlg=N and the install will complete correctly.
