Situation

Will Profile and Password Management work with the OS value QPWDLVL set to 3 or 2?

Resolution

The use of Profile and Password Management functions will be prohibited if QPWDLVL is set to either 2 or 3. Any functional menu option invoked will cause a window to be displayed to the user indicating the option is not allowed at the specified password level.
