Situation

RSoP error: An error occurred while calculating the contributing GPOs when attempting to run RSoP reports in GPA.
GPMC Modeling Wizard Error WBEM_E_PROVIDER_LOAD_FAILURE

Resolution

To resolve this issue, the Resultant Set of Policy Provider Service must be set to Manual on any Domain Controller that may be used when running RSOP reports in GPA.

Cause

The Resultant Set of Policy Provider Service is disabled on the Domain Controller that is being used when running RSOP reports in GPA.
