Hotfix 73363 adds additional functionality to the Copy/Move/Rename and FTP activities. (NETIQKB73363)

This hotfix adds enhanced functionality to the following workflow activities:

Copy/Move/Rename File - After you install this hotfix, the activity will support wildcards and you will be able to copy, move, or rename multiple files. (ENG316899)
File Transfer Protocol (FTP) - After you install this hotfix, the activity will support wildcards. (ENG316911)
Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) - After you install this hotfix, the activity will support wildcards. (ENG316911)

Complete the following steps to install this hotfix.

•  Note : If your Aegis Server computer is part of a cluster, you must install this hotfix on each passive node first, and then on the active node.

To install this hotfix:

1. Log on to the Aegis Server computer with a local administrator account.
2. Run the Aegis22_Hotfix73363.exe file.
3. Follow the instructions in the wizard until you have finished installing the hotfix.
4. If your Aegis Server computer is part of a cluster, repeat Steps 1 through 3 on the remaining nodes in the cluster.
5. Restart any open instances of the Operations Console or the Configuration Console.

The hotfix installation program automatically restarts the following Aegis services:

• NetIQ Aegis Namespace Provider
• NetIQ Aegis Engine
• NetIQ Aegis Activity Broker
• NetIQ Aegis Correlation Engine

 

Verifying the Hotfix Installation

Complete the following steps to verify that the hotfix installation was successful.

To check the installed hotfix version:

1. Log on to the Aegis Configuration Console.
2. On the Ribbon, click About.
3. Under Installed Hotfixes, ensure you see Hotfix 73363.
