Situation
No GroupWise address book in GroupWise client
Cannot see Address book when selected from the Tool bar
No address book when selected from Tools | Address book
Blank Address Book
This Groupwise Issue seems to be happening with workstations which already had Microsoft Outlook as the Primary E-Mail Client

Resolution
This issue is fixed in GroupWise 7 support pack 1 or
later
Work Around:
1.) Uninstall Groupwise Client
2.) Uninstall Microsoft Outlook.
3.) Restart the workstation
4.) Install Groupwise Client
2.) Uninstall Microsoft Outlook.
3.) Restart the workstation
4.) Install Groupwise Client
Additional Information
Following three DLL files are not getting registered properly
during the installation of Groupwise Client
1.) Gwabl132.Dll
2.) Gwabp132.Dll
3.) Gwabs132.Dll
Steps To Duplicate
------------------
1.) Rename above mentioned 3 DLL files in the
C:\
2.) Login to Groupwise Client.
3.) Check the Address Book and close groupwise Client.
4.) Rename back DLL files.
5.) Login back into Groupwise Client and check again.
