Mobile number is not copied , when a contact is copied from System Address Book to the Personal Address Book

Situation

Copying contact from the System Address Book to the Personal Address Book, does not copy the mobile number
The mobile number is present as an attribute in eDirectory
Mobile number is not present in the Address Book Field of the domain object

Resolution

  1. Launch Consoleone
  2. Go to the properties of the domain object / Groupwise / Address Book
  3. Add mobile number in the Address Book Field
  4. Save the settings
  5. Right click the domain / Groupwise Utilities / Synchronise.
  6. Right click the domain / Groupwise Utilities / System Maintenence / Validate database , then recover database , then rebuild indexes for listing.
  7. Logout of the client , relogin and test.
